Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer £2 flat rate shipping to the UK.
Here are the estimated delivery dates after completing purchase (we will try to expedite it as much as possible):
- UK 3 - 14 Business days
- International 14 - 31 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
As soon as a tracking number is available, it will be added to your order details. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track your shipment progress here.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Panwk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at pawnk.store@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pawnk.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
