How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners.
UK orders: 7–14 business days
International orders: 14–31 business days

Where’s my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
If you're not happy, get in touch — we’ll sort it.
Can I return something my pet already used?
Only unused items can be returned. If your gear arrived damaged or defective, email us and we’ll make it right.

Yes — we ship almost anywhere. International delivery usually takes 14–31 business days, depending on location.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Send us a photo of the issue at pawnk.store@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no fuss.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item and place a new order.
